About The Project
Why a teen film festival? We wanted to have a business and decided to do something that not only would benefit us and the films we made, but also give other young filmmakers. the opportunity to do the same. As teens we have a first hand understanding of the type of films other teens like.
Films must be made by filmmakers between 13 and 19 and they are judged by a panel of teens the same age. It's also important for teens to know that you don't have to wait until you graduate college to start building your business. Our film festival gives each team member an opportunity to be a part of a business venture.
We also bring together other forms of art at our festival. Music, dance, singing, art etc. Our festival is a way of empowering youth.

Current Team
About This Team
Our team is made up of five females and five males between the ages of 15 and 19. We have two adults who mentor us through the business and festival process. They handle any legal documents and large sponsors. We handle the promotions, editing, social media, graphic designs, film selections volunteer coordination.
The founders Carson and Carrington Bennett created the festival at the age of 15 turned their love of filmmaking into a business. Along with three of the festival team members wrote, produced, directed and edited their first short, MUSEUM OF UNNATURAL GAMING. They submitted the short to four festivals and so far have gotten into three of them, Los Angeles, Film Festival, Holly Shorts, Albany Film Festival.
Our team and performers are multi-cultural, and multi-gender.
