SARA RADLE

WRITER/DIRECTOR/PRODUCER/ACTOR

Sara Radle is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker/actor/musician/songwriter, originally from San Antonio, Texas. Sara grew up with a passion for and involvement in theater. As a child, she borrowed her godmother's camcorder to create a series of short video films, fake news broadcasts, fake talk shows, and fake commercials - all starring her younger brother and other neighborhood children. Eager to learn more about the world of filmmaking as she grew older, she enrolled in the film production program at San Antonio College.

Shortly after college, Sara put her love of acting/filmmaking on hold for a decade while she concentrated her efforts on her music career. In that time, she released an impressive five solo albums, as well as records with The Rentals (with ex-Weezer bassist, Matt Sharp), Calamity Magnet, and Walking Sleep. She toured all over the United States, as well as Spain and Japan, and won several music awards from local and regional weekly newspapers, including “Best New Act” and “Best Female Vocalist” from The Dallas Observer, as well as “Artist of the Year” from The Fort Worth Weekly.

While Sara continues to write music, in late-2012 she decided to return to her first loves - filmmaking and acting. In her first year back on the acting scene, she booked roles in five films (all of which were leading roles), six commercials, and featured roles in several television shows.

Through her small successes as an actor, Sara was able to fund equipment purchases for her newly formed production studio, Good Kitty Studios, in 2013. To help familiarize herself with her new gear, she shot a series of music videos - one for herself, and two for Los Angeles garage-punk legends The Muffs.

Sara began writing her first feature-length film, “Eleven Hundred to Lubbock”, around this time. As another way to experiment with additional new film equipment she had acquired, Sara wrote a short film inspired by "Eleven Hundred to Lubbock" called "First Shift Back". In August 2014, she got some friends together to shoot the footage for the short film in one day. Taking inspiration from hands-on fellow San Antonio filmmaker Robert Rodriquiez, Sara directed, ran the camera, set up lighting, edited the film, and also wrote the music herself.

The film went on to be accepted into the 2014 Women’s Independent Film Festival (where it received an Honorable Mention award, and the 2015 California Woman’s Film Festival. The screenplay for “Eleven Hundred to Lubbock” was also an official selection and recent semi-finalist for the Golden Palm Award for Best Screenplay at the 2015 Beverly Hills Film Festival.

In the Fall of 2015, Sara directed and starred in a short film version of "Eleven Hundred to Lubbock" as a proof of concept to help raise money to make the feature. She liked the end result so much, she decided to keep it as a standalone short film, as an accompaniment to the future, which begins filming in late 2016.

CRAIG PARTAMIAN

PRODUCER/ACTOR

Craig Partamian began his acting career as a child, partaking in community theatre productions of classics such as Alice in Wonderland and The Nutcracker in his hometown of St. Joseph, MO.  Throughout his education, Craig has been able to incorporate his love of the arts, acting and the creative process into every other aspect of his life.

After achieving a bachelor of Arts in French Literature and civilization from the American University of Paris, he went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado’s Daniels College of Business before moving to Los Angeles to focus full-time on his acting career.  

Craig’s love of story telling and the creative process are at the heart of his driving forces.  Craig enjoys being a part of a story that provides people a window through which they can experience something completely different from their everyday lives, in hopes of helping to broaden peoples’ horizons and open minds.
