Girl Trip is a horror-thriller-comedy about 2 girlfriends that ends in bloodshed. It’s a multi-genre satire about the dark side of female friendships and the real need for women to support each other, not try to destroy each other.

Logline:

A seemingly innocent road trip ends in bloodshed when best friends, Naomi and Gretchen, stop in a shady town along the Sacramento Delta, where everyone learns the hard way never to get in the middle of a catfight.

Summary:

Childhood best friends, Naomi and Gretchen are on one last girl road trip before Gretchen moves in with John; Naomi’s ex. Naomi feels betrayed and left behind, and Gretchen in annoyed with Naomi because she’s morbid. The girls stop for a beer as night falls in a shady town along the Sacramento Delta, where everyone learns the hard way never to get in the middle of a catfight.
