About The Project

I'm making this project is because I was so excited about the concept of THE GRID, that it just started writing itself. Everyone that I shared the concept with was intrigued and laughed not only at the concept, but what possible storylines there could be in this world, I've created. When they saw my 5 minute concept short, they wanted to see more, so that's when I wrote the 100 minute storyline.

The best part is that I was able to create my short with little or no help, and that's when the light bullb came on. Literally and figuratively. I decided that while I make this project, that I am also going to document it, so I can help others make theirs.

Obviously, for a large project, like this one, I am putting together a team to help me create artwork, animate, voice and produce the final product. It'll be a lot faster this way and will make it all the better.

In addition to the creative, there is also an underlying message besides the electricity that is very current. It's about our use and overuse of energy sources and technology and where we're headed. All with a sense of humor. Sometimes light and sometimes dark.

About This Team

Could I make this project by myself? Yes, I could. Would it take me forever and probably lack polish and magic that can only be created by an excited team? More than likely, yes.
