A former archaeologist, Morgan, is a museum curator and socialite-philanthropist who's engaged to a rising international corporate star (Chase). An unexpected event will turn her world upside down.
Morgan is offered a second chance to work with her former professor's (Dr. Carrington) famous international archaeology team. She is to lead an expedition through Latin America and the Caribbean to retrieve a 2000-year old artifact, which is rumored to reveal something that can disrupt the global economy and world power structure. Her childhood dream has always been to solve the mysteries of our world through archaeology. This is her time to fulfill that destiny!
What seemed like an awesome opportunity, however, quickly becomes a dangerous hunt through the Americas.
This hunt will thrust Morgan and Chase into a fight against a secret terrorist organization, who is determined to steal the artifact for its own global agenda. The hunt will also unmask Morgan's shocking and painful past, which drove her away from her dream career in archaeology in her late 20's and early 30's.
