Mission Statement
The goal of this film is to realistically portray a certain demographic that is not usually adapted for screen. I, David Doria, creator of this film, am a Filipino-American with a drive to elevate an often overlooked culture. Aiming for Filipino-dominated cast, we strive for authenticity.About The Project

A film about family set in the Bay Area, Litchfield Court follows the lives of two young Filipino American men. One struggles with coming home to a family he neglected while the other grapples with leaving the home that he loves. Together, they learn that no matter what, they will always be family.
SYNOPSIS
Rising Hollywood star, Nat Brandon, travels back to his hometown of Vallejo, CA to attend his grandmother’s funeral with his cousin, Blue Jay Salvatore, who is a talented rapper within the community. While Nat struggles to face his Filipino-American family after leaving them behind for Hollywood, Blue struggles with the idea of leaving them at all to pursue a music career.

About This Team
DAVID DORIA - DIRECTOR
Hailing from Vallejo, CA, David is a young, hardworking, FIlipino American who wishes to pay tribute to his inspirations by creating this film. By this project, he especially wants to expose the world to the untapped potential that resides within his community and his culture. He recently directed a short film titled "Daytime" which was primarily shot within the beautiful area of his hometown.
NEIL RAYOS - PRODUCER
Also a Vallejo native, Neil is an aspiring filmmaker. He loves working with passionate and hardworking people. Shooting this film in Vallejo is an honor. He recently directed and co-wrote “Social Butterfly” which he was inspired from his own experiences and his favorite band, Paramore.
