Phipher Drive is a story of kids dealing with the concepts of maturation, death & family problems. Everyone experiences life differently & this group of young cousins growing up in rural North Carolina is no different! Based off my experiences as a child, Phipher Drive will represent real life.
Keep it Colorful
Inclusion StatementThis story will be an accurate representation of what it is like living in a southern black community. Given this, I want to extend the opportunities for young creators to work on this series. I hope to have a majority of young creators of color to help with this project.

Phipher Drive is a story of children dealing with the concepts of maturing, death and family problems. The series began after the death of Aunty M, and Lemon family is forced to reunite after moving to different areas in the South. When the different generations unite, the adults have the memories from the past to hold on to while the children are forced to bond organically. Two cousins, RJ and Anna have grown up together like siblings (their parents are sister) and Aunty M's death is the first that the youngest generation of the Lemon family will experience. Visiting her everyday and watching her slowly give in to her battle with cancer, Anna is able to cope with the death of her great aunt while RJ struggles to accept it. The two sticks closely together throughout tough times and possibly, a haunted house.
Reg “RJ” (10): Faithfully wears his green durag. Hot Headed, protective over his little cousin and loves trouble.
TeAnna “Anna” (7): Prissy, hates bugs and confrontation. Afraid of everything.

Patch (6): Neighbor. Comedic relief, imaginative, smart, peculiar.
Danni (Mid 20's): Nia's sister/ RJ's Mother. Still figuring out life and her options, therefore she is unable to take care of RJ. Not reliable.
