Story
About The Project
This film is a result of creative expression and the desire shed light on mental health, divorce and the struggles of self-control. Each character deals with the issue of not being able to successfully control themselves.
Our team wanted to create a film that illustrates the quality of filmmaking we possess from pre production to post. We want to raise the bar and create more films that will captivate and entertain audiences through enlightenment and understanding.

Bahiyjaui Allen - Director / Story & Screenplay By
Bahiyjaui Allen, pronounced (ba-ha-ja) began her professional filmmaking career in Los Angeles shortly after graduating from Ohio University in 2010. In the past 5 years she has worked as a professional editor for clients such as Karen Clarke Sheard and Mali Music. Other projects include A Lady Must Live; the highly anticipated Lena Horne Project, and the hit digital series First currently airing on Issa Rae's Digital Channel.
In 2014 she stepped into her destiny as a director with the Grammy nominated singer/song writer Deitrick Haddon’s Have Your Way Music Video. She now looks to direct her first narrative film and step into the world where other directors such as Debbie Allen & Kathryn Bigelow has paved the way.
David Vieux - Screenplay By
David is a Haitian-French-American writer, who moved to Los Angeles from Paris in 2011. Since then, David's worked on various sets and currently works as an executive assistant to TV literary manager Sheree Guitar, owner and principal of SGE. David also writes short stories, which have garnered local publication and accolades. In his spare time, David plays guitar and talks too much about his very fat cats.
Edwin Walker - Producer
Edwin Walker is an amazingly talented Creative Visionary with a passion for entertaining the masses. He started his budding entertainment career in his hometown of Chicago, IL where he began acting, writing and producing. His credits include several short films he has written, directed and produced. "Surviving Brotherhood", "Perfect Love", "The Interns", "Love Escapes Us", and "It's Just Thanksgiving Dinner" just to name a few. He has helped produce one of the finalist films for the 2011 Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker’s Award Along with writing a feature film titled "Peep Game", which was released in 2010. Also being a finalist for the Sloan Screenwriting Fellowship. He is now developing a slate of exciting and innovative film/TV/ short film and digital media projects.
Justin Janowitz - Director Of Photography
Janowitz, a graduate of Ithaca College’s prestigious Roy H. Park’s School of Communications has been living and working in Los Angeles for over a decade. Cutting his teeth in documentaries and shooting around the world, Justin now works as a Director of Photography on short and feature length narrative films, commercials, music videos, documentaries and branded content for clients and brands including Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Kohl’s, Nissan, L.E.I. Jeans, LA Galaxy, Ecko Unlimited, Anchor Bay Entertainment, Geico, Nine West and more. He’s very excited to be lensing the dark and dramatic “The Psychiatrist.”
Mark R Wright - Associate Producer
Mark R. Wright is a multimedia strategic communications professional making the transition to film production. Mark has always had a burning desire to work in film and television, but instead began work in public relations for his hometown NBA team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, after graduating from Ohio University in 2010. Upon developing significant experience writing, pitching and telling great stories through both traditional and new media platforms, he decided it was time to use these sharpened skills to pursue his passion: filmmaking. Mark is currently enrolled in the Peter Stark Producing Program at the University of Southern California.
