The Story
SOBER OCTAVES is a visual album that will explore the consequences of fighting against the status quo from the perspective of three young black men. In addition to a live action narrative, the project will include computer generated interludes in order to liaise the multiple chapters and serve as an outsider voice.
Coming from various cultural and creative backgrounds, the project will be a collaboration among various Brown University artists. Pre-production has been in progress since early 2016, music production will continue until February, and filming will start in late Januaray, with post production going until March 1, 2017.
