Hi, my name is Kathryn Shasha. I am a mom to a 6 year old, a kickboxer, actor , producer, paleo baker, bacon lover and wife to an awesome man.   I have been in the television and film industry for the better part of 20 years mostly on the other side of the camera.  It wasn't until 2014 that I realized my passion for making movies was best suited on this side of the camera.  I began to produce and direct. After helping to produce other peoples stories, I felt an incredible need to share my own.  You see, I had suffered deteriorating health for almost 2 years and my side effects had gone unrecognized.  Turns out that thousands of  women across the globe also share a similar story to my own. All of us have one common thread...the use of an IUD.

       It is for this reason that I started Little Green Cabin Productions and started researching for the documentary "Inner U Destroyed?".   This film will investigate claims of side effects and the connection that they may have to the IUD.  It will examine if  these claims are fueled by an unwarranted frenzy in social media and if there is a lack of scientific evidence to support them. We will also explore what can be done to alert the public of the health risks associated with the device if there are any, and whether or not there is a breakdown when informing the public and medical community of any health risks or symptoms.
