Diet with gastric ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer

Purpose of the diet:

create the greatest rest for the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenal membrane.
Eliminate foods that promote gastric secretion.
Eliminate products that mechanically irritate the mucous membrane. These are foods that are high in fiber - raw vegetables and fruits. Products are best used boiled, baked, mashed.
Meals should be in small portions after 3-4 hours. The last meal is two hours before bedtime.
Exclude food that is too cold and too hot (within the normal range - from 15 to 45-55C).
Chemical composition of food

Proteins 100 -120 g (at least 60% of animals).
Fat 100 - 120 g (1/3 vegetable).
Carbohydrates 400 - 450 g
Food should be enriched with vitamins A1, B1, B2, C1, PP, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium.

Recommended products:

Dairy products:milk, cream, non-acidic kefir, yogurt, non-acidic cottage cheese and dishes from it (cheese cakes, dumplings, casserole, pudding), non-acidic sour cream
Bread:wheat 1st and 2nd grade, stale, crackers, dry biscuits.
Soups:vegetable, pureed, on a slimy broth with the addition of boiled vegetables; milk soups; soups with the addition of mashed meat, oatmeal, rice soup, with mashed cereals.
